The main component of Xinhai wet energy-saving ball mill is a cylinder with a small diameter and a large length. It is slowly rotated by a transmission device, and the material is fed from the feeding end of the cylinder. Due to the impact and self grinding of the steel ball and ore itself, the material is crushed inside the cylinder. Due to the continuous feeding of materials, the pressure causes the material inside the cylinder to move from the feeding end to the discharging end. The material that reaches the finished particle size is discharged from the discharge end of the cylinder. During wet grinding, materials are carried out by water flow; During dry grinding, the material is carried out by the airflow. The grid energy-saving ball mill has a discharge grid at the discharge end. The ball mill relies on the grid plate to force the discharge of ore, and the slurry surface inside the cylinder is low, reducing the over grinding of ore and preventing the discharge of steel balls. Under the same production conditions, the production capacity is higher than that of overflow ball mills. Rolling bearings are used at both ends of the cylinder instead of sliding bearings, which significantly saves energy.
